Refund Policy for UYAN

1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" are not eligible for returns or refunds. Customized or personalized items are also excluded unless defective or damaged.

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
  • Error in the ordered size (delivered size differs from the ordered size).
  • Error in the ordered color (delivered color differs from the ordered color).
• To request an exchange, contact our customer support team at: contact@uyan.ma within 72 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must meet the same conditions as outlined in the refund eligibility section (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
• Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the exchange is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at: contact@uyan.ma with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

• Orders can only be canceled when our call center contacts you to confirm the order. Once confirmed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
